Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the FlyCFO website and the Close Health Score. They are separate from any services agreement, which is contracted with BetterWrk. A working draft pending legal review.
The score is an estimate, not advice
The Close Health Score produces an indicative score and estimated figures based on the information you supply, using versioned deterministic rules. It is not an audit, a valuation, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Verified figures are produced only within the paid Finance Operations Assessment, working with your actual data under a separate services agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
We describe our method, classifications and controls honestly. We do not guarantee specific savings, a specific number of days off your close, or that any particular process can be automated. The assessment may conclude that you should not automate further. Illustrative package prices shown on this site are working hypotheses pending commercial validation.
Acceptable use
- Do not enter passwords, tokens, credentials or ledger data into the website or the score.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the service, or submit unlawful or infringing content.
- Automated collection or scraping beyond ordinary indexing requires our written permission.
Intellectual property
The FlyCFO name, wordmark, content and the Close Health Score logic are owned by BetterWrk or its licensors. Third-party product names and marks — including QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Stripe, Ramp, Brex, Expensify, ADP and Gusto — belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
Third-party platforms
FlyCFO is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any accounting, ERP or finance software vendor unless a current relationship is explicitly stated and verifiable. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and the Close Health Score are provided "as is", and BetterWrk is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an indicative estimate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability under any services engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.
Contracting entity and law
The website is operated by BetterWrk (Austin, Texas). The governing law, jurisdiction and contracting entity for services are confirmed in the applicable services agreement. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
